Aura Garrido is an Spanish actress who works on TV and film. She was in movies such as Stockholm and the television show El Ministerio Del Tiempo. Garrido was born in Madrid in the year 1989. Tomas Garrido has been a composer for more than 30 years and is also an orchestra conductor. Pilar sanchez, Garrido's mother, is a painting and a musician. Following her first piano lessons at age four when she was four, she began learning ballet. It was her closest friend, who was fluent in English that taught her the English language. Her high-school studies over, she went to the Real Escuela Superior DE Arte Dramatico located in Madrid. There she studied interpretation for three years, specialising in textual translation. However, she left at the end of 2010 after she secured a role in Planes para manana. The role won her a Silver Biznaga in the Best Supporting Actress category, and a nomination for the Goya Awards' best debut actress.
